Ft. Totten Man Sentenced For Sex Abuse

A Fort Totten man has been ordered to serve almost three years in prison for having sex with a teen on the Spirit Lake reservation.

Laidman Joseph Fox III was sentenced to 34 months on a charge of sexual abuse of a minor.

Prosecutors says the 21-year-old engaged in a sexual act with a girl between the ages of 12 and 16 in June of 2007.
