Police release name of man stabbed in Fuji parking lot

Police have released the name of the 18-year-old male stabbed in the Fuji Steakhouse parking lot Tuesday.

Police have released the name of the 18-year-old male stabbed in the Fuji Steakhouse parking lot Tuesday.

Between 12:45 and 1:15 this morning, Andrew Summers, a Grand Forks resident, was stabbed in the lot. Police say Summers appeared to know the suspect, either as a friend or acquaintance. Investigators say Summers suffered non-life threatening injuries, possibly from more than one weapon

Lt. Jim Remer, Grand Forks Police: "Through the course of the investigation we found that there was a knife that was involved in this disturbance, there was also a baseball bat that was involved in this disturbance."
