A fight between carnival workers at the Red River Valley Fair leaves one man in jail and the other getting treatment at the hospital.

The Sheriff's Office says 49-year-old Richard Warham hit another carnival worker in the head with a hammer. He's being held at the jail on suspicion of aggravated assault. The victim, 39-year-old Jesus Avila, was treated at an area hospital.
