It's Halloween in July tonight at Turtle River State Park.

Hundreds of kids and adults are dressed in costumes, trick or treating throughout the campground.

There's a costume contest, site decoration contest, and a spooky trail.

It's an annual event for the state park, and every year visitors come just for it.

Steve Crandall, Turtle River State Park: "The kids love it. The folks that are camping like to have the kids coming through. There's a number of volunteer organizations that are here that are handing out candy to the kids."

There's also exhibits going on this weekend geared at teaching kids about nature.
