Preliminary autopsy results are in for 11 year old Anthony Kuznia. After 27 hours of searching, Anthony's body was recovered from the Red River Thursday about a mile from his home in East Grand Forks.

Preliminary autopsy results show no indication of foul play in the death of Anthony. Police say there are no plans for an active search for a suspect, and the cause of death as of now is drowning. Thursday night, family, friends and community members gathered at the United lutheran Church in Grand Forks for a prayer service.

Police say the final autopsy results are pending toxicology reports.

In a statement the family says, "thanks to everyone trying to show their support and sympathy right now, we are very grateful but please give us our time to grieve. Right now Anthony is running through Heaven's doors and checking out every space he can find. In his short life he left an impression on everyone he met." The family says funeral arrangements are pending.
