Sanford Health-MeritCare Corporate Offices Will Be In Radisson Hotel In Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (AP) - The corporate offices for Sanford

Health-MeritCare's north region will be on the 14th floor of the

Radisson Hotel in downtown Fargo.

Fargo-based MeritCare late last year merged with Sioux Falls,

S.D.-based Sanford Health, forming Sanford Health-MeritCare.

Officials say it is the nation's largest not-for-profit rural

health care provider.

The health system earlier said it would house the north region

offices in the Wells Fargo Bank in downtown Fargo. Health system

spokesman Darren Huber says the Radisson Hotel space was not

available when that decision was made.

Huber says the bank office space will be used for the Sanford

Health Plan, the MeritCare Health Network, public affairs,

marketing and human resources.

The health system ultimately plans consolidated office centers

in both Fargo and Sioux Falls.
