Fargo man sentenced to three years in trafficking case

A Fargo man who tried to recruit prostitutes over Craigslist was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison.

A Fargo man who tried to recruit prostitutes over Craigslist was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison.

Chad Lee Lindley pleaded guilty to human trafficking along with using a minor in a sexual performance, luring a minor and controlled substance charges. Lindley is the first person in Cass County to be charged under the state's 2009 human trafficking law.

After he is released from prison, Lindley will be on supervised probation for five years.
