Authorities are still trying to track down leads in an arson case in rural East Grand Forks. The Polk County Sheriff's department is investigating the blaze that broke out at an abandoned radio building September 8th.

Authorities are still trying to track down leads in an arson case in rural East Grand Forks. The Polk County Sheriff's department is investigating the blaze that broke out at an abandoned radio building September 8th. The Fire Marshal declared it as arson. The are no suspects at this time. Crews were back at the scene Monday assessing the damage.

Polk County Investigator Matt Hitchen said, "It was consumed fairly well, a lot of damage inside. It sounds like there was a lot of property inside the building, it's unknown what was damaged and what wasn't damaged."

Anyone with information on the fire is asked to call the Polk County Sheriffs department at 218-281-0431. You may be eligible for a reward up $2,500.
