Lamboley named NDUS Director of Student Affairs

Becky Lamboley, current assistant director of health and wellness promotion at the University of North Dakota, has accepted the position of director of student affairs at the North Dakota University System. She will be located in Bismarck and starts her new job on Sept. 23.

Becky Lamboley, current assistant director of health and wellness promotion at the University of North Dakota, has accepted the position of director of student affairs at the North Dakota University System. She will be located in Bismarck and starts her new job on Sept. 23.

Lamboley has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership: Higher Education from UND and has bachelor’s degrees in Exceptional Education: American Sign Language Studies and Women Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition to serving in her present position, Lamboley also worked as residence apartment director at UND. She has additional experience as a program service center program specialist in university housing and as a resident assistant.

In her new position, Lamboley will co-chair the NDUS Student Affairs Council, serve as the North Dakota Higher Education Consortium for Substance Abuse Prevention coordinator, coordinate the NDCORE survey, work closely with the North Dakota Student Association, coordinate alcohol and drug prevention efforts of NDUS colleges and universities as well as student services. Lamboley reports to the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs.
