Temporary Flood Dike Construction Underway In Breckenridge

City workers have started building a temporary flood dike on Breckenridge's Main Street.

BRECKENRIDGE, N.D. (AP) - City workers have started building a

temporary flood dike on Breckenridge's Main Street.

Fears of the rising Otter Tail River on Sunday prompted the

project.

The U.S. Geological Survey put the river at 18.57 feet on Sunday

afternoon. The river hit a record high last March at 20.32 feet.
