FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A West Fargo man has been sentenced to five years in prison for stealing about $72,000 worth of copper wiring from a Fargo business.

KFGO-AM reports a jury convicted Soran Kaka in Cass County District Court.

A prosecutor says he broke into Bergstrom Electric in July 2012 and used a forklift to load the copper into a truck.

Kaka was also found guilty in a similar case in Bismarck and given two years in prison for that burglary.
