Three convicted in home invasion sentenced to 30 years

Three men convicted of multiple felonies in a Grand Forks a home invasion were all sentenced to 30 years in prison Tuesday with ten years suspended.

Three men convicted of multiple felonies in a Grand Forks a home invasion were all sentenced to 30 years in prison Tuesday with ten years suspended.

Allen Ratliff, Nathan Ratliff and Cody Boulduc will have to serve about 17 years in prison before they're eligible for parole. They're convicted on several felony counts stemming from a violent break-in burglary of a Grand Forks trailer home in April 2012.

The three men were all found guilty of burglary, robbery, aggravated assault, theft and felonious restraint. They broke into the home of Sherman and Carmen Jones, bound them, beat them and stole their property.
