FARGO – A sex offender here is now considered homeless, according to police.
Fargo police stated in a news release that 25-year-old Jordan Charles Earring registered himself as homeless in Fargo.
Earring is considered a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
Earring was convicted in Morton County District Court in 2006 of gross sexual imposition, a Class B felony. His victim was a 15-year-old acquaintance.
Earring is a lifetime offender registrant.
He is currently under the supervision of the state Department of Corrections Office of Parole and Probation.
