ORISKA, N.D. (AP) - A portion of Interstate 94 in southeast
North Dakota is covered by water from overland flooding.
The Highway Patrol is urging motorists to slow down on that
stretch of the highway.
The patrol says about four inches of water is covering both the
eastbound and westbound lanes near the Oriska rest stop, between
Valley City and Fargo.
