The last flooded house on Hoge Island along the Missouri River has moved to a new home Thursday. The Burleigh County Water Resource District bought out three properties on Hoge Island after the 2011 flood, in order to build a new levee to protect other homes.

The water district then put the houses on those properties up for bidding. Clint Feland bought one and is moving it about a mile and a half north on highway 1804. He also purchased another house from Hoge Island which he's already moved to his property.
