Four injured Sunday morning in Grand Forks hit-and-run

Four people were injured in Grand Forks early Sunday morning when they were struck by a vehicle.

Four people were injured in Grand Forks early Sunday morning when they were struck by a vehicle.

Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of North Sixth Street around 3:30 a.m. where officers found four pedestrians had been struck by a vehicle that had left the scene.

The pedestrians were taken to Altru Hospital for treatment. Their names and conditions have not been released.

The vehicle, belonging to Miranda Patnaude, 33, Grand Forks, was found by officers in the 2500 block of Huntington Park Drive.

Officers found Patnaude and arrested her for driving under the influence. She was taken to Altru Hospital for injuries unrelated to the accident. Additional charges against Patnaude are pending.
