BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Kidder County's Adam Randall has been named North Dakota Mr. Basketball.
Randall received the award Saturday night from the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.
The 6-foot-4 Randall beat out Fargo North's Nik Savageau, Mandan's Bryan Kielpinski and Turtle Lake-Mercer-McClusky's Grant Singer for the honor.
The award is given annually to the top senior player in the state. Randall averaged 26.1 points, 9.8 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 2.2 steals.
Kidder County swept this year's awards. Randall's classmate, Eli Benz, was named Miss Basketball.
