The University of Mary student who made a threatening post on Facebook Friday is out on bond Monday after being charged Monday afternoon in Burleigh County.

20 year-old Patrick Casas, a student and football player is charged with terrorizing after posting this message Friday saying "I'll make the Virginia Tech shooting look like a game of paintball." According to his attorney, Casas has been removed from the University of Mary following Friday's incident.

Judge Bruce Romanick set bond at $50,000. Casas faces maximum sentence of five years in prison and / or a $10,000 fine.
