Fargo-Moorhead workers and supporters take part in "change Walmart" protest

Fargo-Moorhead area workers and supporters are taking part in "change Walmart," a nationwide protest for better jobs and pay. A group of protestors picketed outside of the 13th Avenue Store in Fargo. Calling on the company to provide full time work, and pay employees $25,000 a year.

Fargo-Moorhead area workers and supporters are taking part in "change Walmart," a nationwide protest for better jobs and pay. A group of protestors picketed outside of the 13th Avenue Store in Fargo. Calling on the company to provide full time work, and pay employees $25,000 a year.

Fargo's group is a small portion of the thousands of Black Friday protestors who raised their voices all across the country. The protests began after employees at one Walmart store were encouraged to donate to co-workers unable to provide a Thanksgiving meal for their families.
