A Grygla man has pled not guilty to second degree murder charges in the death of his infant son.
Damien Marsden, 31, entered the not guilty plea today in Marshall county court.
He is charged with Second Degree Murder, Second Degree Murder While Committing Child Neglect and Second Degree Murder while Committing Child Endangerment in the death of his infant son.
Bail for Marsden is set at $40,000 dollars.

Authorities say an autopsy found that 4-month old Rylin Marsden died of "traumatic head injuries due to physical assault," including a fractured skull.
Investigators believe the injuries happened on August 2 at Marsden's home in Grygla.
Rylin Marsden died of his injuries six days later at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo.
Each felony count carries a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison.
A judge has not yet chosen a date for Marsden's pretrial hearing.
