A North Dakota state representative charged with driving under the influence has pleaded not guilty in Cass County Court.

A North Dakota state representative charged with driving under the influence has pleaded not guilty in Cass County Court.

Scot Kelsh's attorney Willie Kirschner, entered a not guilty plea on Kelsh's behave. The state representative is charged with driving under the influence in November. Earlier this year, Kelsh voted for more stringent DUI Laws.

He's been involved in the state legislature since 1996.
