The Grand Forks School Board approved Monday a draft of Superintendent Larry Nybladh’s evaluation.
Remarks from the evaluation committee, composed of several School Board members, were positive. They suggested he continue much of his present work, such as advising the school boards in Grand Forks and at the Air Force Base on policies and actions, moving forward with using new technology and his communication efforts with staff and parents.
State law requires the superintendent to be evaluated twice a year. He receives a “formative” one in December that assesses his current performance and a second one in March that summarizes how he met those goals.
