After second MN cold weather drinking-related incident, UND examines dangers, student safety

Two incidents involving Minnesota college students found outdoors in sub-zero temperatures in recent days have alerted officials to the dangers of drinking and cold weather. One student died. The other may lose her hands. The incidents have led people to examine student safety at the University of North Dakota during cold weather.
