Former sheriff saves teen who collapsed at ski resort

A 17-year-old boy was fresh off his first run of the day at the Afton Alps, waiting in line for the lift with his brothers, ready for another run. Then, he collapsed and was unconscious with no pulse.

waiting in line for the lift with his brothers, ready for another run. Then, he collapsed and was unconscious with no pulse. Retired Washington County sheriff Shane Linehan was nearby and instinctively sprung into action. Linehan, who was skiing with his daughters that day, dropped to the ground and administered CPR.
