After a tough year for Roseau county farmers, things are looking
promising this spring.
Last year 40 percent of the spring crops in Roseau County were not
planted because of the wet conditions.
Executive Director of Farm Services Fraser Norton says conditions, like today, have been ideal for getting into the fields on time.
