Sakura Steak House and Sushi Bar, which has locations in Dickinson, N.D., and Minot, will take over the former Space Aliens, which closed in November 2012. The Grand Forks City Council’s Service and Safety Committee will consider transferring the liquor license to the new owners Tuesday.

Xing Lin, the restaurant’s owner, said they are remodeling the building, located at 3250 32nd Ave. S. He anticipates a June opening.

Lin said they are opening a location in Williston as well.
