The trial for the men accused of robbing a bank in Gilby, North Dakota has been pushed back again.

Tuesday William Collins of Nashville, Tennessee was in federal court for a status conference and competency hearing. The court entertained a motion for Collins to have another evaluation and pushed the trial date back to August 24th.

Authorities say Collins, along with Clifton Patterson of Grand Forks, robbed the Bremer Bank in Gilby of more than 50-thousand dollars last May.

A woman, 47-year-old Debra Jensen, will also go on trial in August. She's charged with crimes related to the purchase of a gun used in the robbery and for being an accessory after the fact.
