ND Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) - A Starkweather-area man facing felony
child pornography charges has changed his plea to guilty.
Nineteen-year-old Robert Hopp was arrested last August after an
investigation by the Ramsey County Sheriff's Office and an attorney
general's task force targeting Internet crimes against children.
Authorities allege Hopp had about 2,000 images and 100 videos of
child porn on his laptop and desktop computers.
Hopp faces up to five years in prison, but State's Attorney
Lonnie Olson says he will recommend a one-year sentence with four
years suspended. A sentencing date has not been set.
