A man accused of trying to threaten witnesses in a drug case will not serve any more time in jail.

Naiches Redeagle was originally charged with Burglary and Tampering with a Witness, but as part of a plea agreement, that Burglary charge was amended to Criminal Trespass. The agreement called for Redeagle to spend 90 days in jail, but he will get credit for time served. He will be on supervised probation for the next two years.

The Tampering with a Witness charge was dropped.

Authorities say he and another man broke into two different homes in November and threatened people with a knife.
