A West Fargo man is recovering from severe arm injuries, after a construction site accident.
34-year-old Nicholas Prochnow was performing soil tests at a construction site in the 33-hundred block of 5th Street Monday afternoon when his right arm got caught in a soil boring auger.
West Fargo police say his clothing may have caught on the auger, drawing him into the machine. Prochnow's coworkers at Northern Technologies Company were able to free him.
He was taken to Essentia hospital with injuries to his hand and arm.
His condition is not being released.
