Dogs in Crookston may soon have a place to stretch their legs. A Group is trying to raise about $18,000 dollars for the city's first dog park.

Some of the ways they are doing this is by selling bandanas and t-shirts that say "bark for the park." A site has not been yet been chosen, but one possible place is Castle Park which is near Riverview hospital. The park would be one acre of land surrounded by a chain link fence.

Local dogs will also be featured in a calendar which will be sold to raise money for the park.
