Polk County Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Conduct
A pretrial hearing was set today for a Polk county man who is charged with first degree criminal sexual assault.

A pretrial hearing was set today for a Polk county man who is charged with first degree criminal sexual assault.
Authorities say Bernard Charboneau, 60, engaged in sexual penetration with a 10-year-old girl last year.
A hearing date has been set for June 14th if all the motions are filed in time.
Charboneau faces up to 30 years in prison and a $40,000 dollar fine.
