A UND social work class was selected as one of 17 classes in the nation to participate in the 2010 Social Work Congress.
The Social Work Congress is an internet-based day of discussion to bring together social work students across the country to find ways to improve social work.
80 classes applied nation wide in North Dakota UND was selected and a class in at Minot will participate too.
The event happens once every five years.
"The judges are all practicing entrepreneurs, the students have 20-minutes to make a presentation of a business plan,they'll be able to get feedback tonight at the end of the session then they'll come back tomorrow morning for a second round."
The winner gets a 5-thousand dollar prize.
