Larimore Man Gets 5 Year Prison Sentence

A Larimore man will spend five years in prison for choking the mother of his children.
23-year-old Kermit Dumarce was found guilty of aggravated assault today.
Authorities say Dumarce threatened to kill his children's mother as he choked her until she blacked out at their Larimore home.
The incident caused the woman to throw up blood and seek medical treatment.
Dumarce will get credit for the time he's already served.
