Plea Deal in Herald Gun Case
The man accused of leaving a loaded shotgun at the Grand Forks Herald newspaper agreed to a plea deal.

The man accused of leaving a loaded shotgun at the Grand Forks Herald newspaper agreed to a plea deal Monday, April 26.
22-year old Phillip Manaigre could face a reckless endangerment charge instead of illegal possesion of a firearm.
The state also agreed to dismiss the charge of disorderly conduct.as long as Manaigre pleads guilty. Manaigre's plea hearing was continued until June 28th.
