A man who was captured near McVille, North Dakota will be sent back to Alaska to face charges in connection with a shooting.
In Court today James Mead agreed to go back to Alaska with a peace officer.
Mead was wanted in connection with a shooting in Alaska.
He was captured in Canada shortly after the incident, but was mistakenly released into the United States.
Authorities captured Mead near McVille in March.
He's accused of attempted murder.for allegedly shooting a man in February 2009 in Delta Junction, Alaska.
That's about about 100 miles southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska.
