A McIntosh, Minnesota man will spend more than 12 years in prison for taking money from residents and workers at a Crookston nursing home.

Joshua Goulet, 24, pled guilty in Polk County Court this week and was sentenced to 150 months in prison- or 12 years.

He admitted to taking money from Villa St. Vincent residents on several occasions in December. He was seen on surveillance video walking in and out of several rooms. The amount stolen was less than $200 dollars. He originally faced six burglary charges and eventually pled guilty to four of them.

Goulet had just finished serving a three year sentence for burglary in Walsh County in North Dakota when he committed the thefts in Crookston.
