Firefighters Put Out An Area House Fire
Vandalism may be to blame for a house fire this afternoon.
Firefighters arrived at the scene about four miles north of Manvel a little past 5:00 pm.
Fire officials say they noticed the smoke from Highway 81. They do not know what caused the fire, but think it might be vandalism.
They say this is the third time a fire like this has happened in the last couple of years.
The owners were not home, and nobody was hurt.
