Man Pleads Not Guilty To Raping 63-Year-Old
Authorities say Robert Rhode, 43, was drunk last November when he went to the woman's home and raped her. He pled not guilty Monday, and will have a pretrial conference in July.

A Grand Forks man has pled not guilty to raping a 64-year-old woman.
Authorities say Robert Rhode, 43, was drunk last November when he went to the woman's home and raped her.
They say the two knew each other.
Rhode has denied wrongdoing.
He pled not guilty Monday, and will have a pretrial conference in July.
