GF Babysitter Will Spend 6 Months In Jail
A Grand Forks woman has pled guilty to child abuse or neglect charges.

A Grand Forks woman has pled guilty to child abuse or neglect charges.
Chelsea Walking Eagle, 23, admitted that she allowed a 3-year-old boy she was babysitting to wander onto a Devils Lake highway.
Authorities accused Walking Eagle of smoking marijuana April 21st while the child wandered off and ended up on State Highway 20.
Walking Eagle will serve 6 months in the state women's prison.
She was given a 2-year sentence with all but that 6 months suspended.
Although Walking Eagle pled guilty to the child abuse or neglect... she denied smoking marijuana.
