A Stephen man has pled not guilty to charges of touching a 62-year-old woman's breasts.
Terry Olson, 55, made his second appearance in Marshall County court today.
He's charged with criminal sexual conduct in the fifth degree.
A complaint was issued for an incident in Stephen on May 22nd when a 62-year-old woman says Olson touched her breasts.
A pretrial has been set for August 10th.
