ULEN, Minn. (AP) - The State Patrol says three people who died in a head-on highway crash in Clay County were from Minnesota and North Dakota.
The patrol says a van and car collided on Highway 32 near Ulen about 2 p.m. Thursday.
The driver of the van, 77-year-old Delphine Braaten, and a 65-year-old passenger, Harriet Selleys, died at the scene of the crash. Both were from Fargo, N.D. The driver of the car, 39-year-old Deette Tinkler, of Moorhead, died after being airlifted to a hospital in Fargo, N.D.
