North Dakota Crash Kills Two

CARRINGTON, N.D. (AP) - A head-on collision involving a pickup truck and a semitrailer near Carrington killed both drivers and forced the closure of U.S. Highway 52 for about 8 1/2 hours.
The Highway Patrol did not immediately identify either victim in the crash that happened about 3 p.m. Thursday.
Authorities say the pickup veered into the wrong lane about 1 1/2 miles east of Carrington, causing the crash. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
