Trial Set for Grygla Man Charged with Murdering Infant Son

A pre-trial hearing has been set for a Grygla man who is charged with murdering his infant son.

A pre-trial hearing has been set for a Grygla man who is charged with murdering his infant son.

31-year old Damien Marsden was in Marshall County court today. He has pled not guilty to several charges of second degree murder.

Authorities say an autopsy found that 4-month old Rylin Marsden died of, "traumatic head injuries due to physical assault," including a fractured skull.

Investigators believe the injuries happened last August at Marsden's home in Grygla.

Each felony count carries a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison.

Marsden will be in court again on September 24th.
