Starting today the county parking ramp in downtown Grand Forks will be closed for thirty days.
Crews will begin fixing a faulty drainage system before cold winter weather sets in. The city says the ramp needs to be closed for the safety of the cars. There's about 300 spaces in the ramp. In the mean time people who usually park there will have to park along the streets and find anywhere they can to park downtown. The repairs will cost the county about 80-thousand dollars.
