Man Pleads Guilty to Criminal Sexual Conduct
Charboneau faces 30 years in prison.

A 60-year-old Polk County man has pleaded guilty to second degree criminal sexaul conduct after authorities say he had sex with a ten-year-old girl.
Bernard Charboneau pleaded guilty to one of the four counts against him today.
Sentencing is set for September 21st. Charboneau faces up to 30 years in prison and a $40,000 fine.
