A Polk County man faces child porn charges after pictures were found on his cell phone.
48--year old john zavoral is charged with one count of using minors in a sexual performance or porn, and one count of electronic possesion of porn.
a judge ordered zavoral undergo a mental exam.
there will be no more court dates until the results of that exam comes back.
