Warroad Man Pleads Not Guilty To Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges

A Warroad man facing charges for having sex with an underage girl after getting her drunk says he's not guilty.

22-year-old Timothy Bahr entered not guilty pleas to five felony criminal sexual conduct charges today and a misdemeanor of furnishing alcohol to someone under 21 years of age.

Authorities say he had sex with the underage girl in April of 2009.
