Gilby Bank Robber Pleads Guilty

A man charged with robbing a Gilby, North Dakota bank and a woman charged with being his accomplice have pled guilty.

A man charged with robbing a Gilby, North Dakota bank and a woman charged with being his accomplice have pled guilty.

47-year-old William Collins of Nashville, Tennessee entered his plea today.

He faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a minimum of 22 years.

48-year-old Debra Jensen faces a maximum of 10 years in prison for allegedly providing a 12-gauge shotgun for the robbery.

But her plea agreement calls for her to serve three years on probation. Sentencing is set for October 28th.

Clifton Patterson of Grand Forks is also charged in the robbery, but the judge has ruled that he's incompetent to stand trial right now.

Jensen will be sentenced on October 10th.
