80-Year-Old Fosston Man Pleads Not Guilty to Fondling Mentally Handicapped Woman

An 80-year-old Fosston man has pled not guilty to fondling a mentally handicapped woman he volunteered to drive.

An 80-year-old Fosston man has pled not guilty to fondling a mentally handicapped woman he volunteered to drive.

Curtis Paulson is charged with one count of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree and two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree.

According to the criminal complaint, Paulson had been a volunteer driver for the Tri-Valley Opportunity Council.

The woman said he fondled her.

Paulson faces 35 years in prison .
